Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

khkstudios provides digital SEO & marketing tools accessible through token-based usage. Users can purchase tokens via once-off credit packs or monthly subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through Paystack.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your plan's features and remaining tokens until that date.
• No partial or prorated refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period.
• Unused monthly tokens do not roll over between billing cycles and are forfeited when your subscription ends.
• After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan.

Token Pack Refunds

Once-off credit packs are digital goods delivered instantly upon successful payment. As such:

• All credit pack purchases are non-refundable.
• Purchased credits never expire and remain in your account until used.
• If credits were not delivered due to a technical error, please contact us at info@khkstudios.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to your account at khkstudios.com
2. Navigate to your Account Dashboard
3. Click "Cancel Subscription"

Failed Payments

If a subscription renewal payment fails, your subscription may be suspended. You will be notified and can update your payment method to restore access. If the payment issue is not resolved, your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the billing period.

If this policy is updated, the changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
